Warranty repairs will be honored for 6 months from the date of purchase at no cost to the customer. Please include: a brief description of the problem; return address and phone number; and ALL accessories with your return so we may thoroughly assess your problem. There will be NO shipping and handling charge for warranty repairs.

    Non-warranty repairs will be handled on an individual basis. Shipping and handling for non-warranty repairs will be paid by the customer.

    Refunds for any returned product after 10 days shall incur a 15% restocking fee plus the original S&H charges.

    All returns MUST have an RA# clearly written on the OUTSIDE of your package. Email for return authorization.
